Lobster in majordomo sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings
1 lobster; salt; pepper; 200g butter; large spoonful of Worcester Sauce; a handful of parsley; 50g of anchovy fillets.
PREPARATION
Carefully place the flesh of the lobster on a red-hot grill and cook, turning frequently and dabbing with melted butter from time to time. Season with salt and pepper. In the meantime prepare the majordomo sauce. Beat the rest of the butter (about 130g) with a spatula and while whisking add the Worcester Sauce and parsley, which should be very finely chopped. As soon as the lobster is cooked, spread it with the butter sauce just prepared and garnish with the anchovy fillets. (of course, instead of a single large lobster, you may use two small ones)
